The aim of usability testing is to reproduce the user situation as realistically as possible, thereby eliminating any difficulties for the end-user even before they occur.
A promising usability test begins with an understanding of usability, user experience, accessibility and human-centered design concepts.
The promising field of usability testing does not only offer opportunities.
Therefore, the emerging challenges and risks involved in the application of diverse disciplines like usability, user experience and accessibility tests must also be considered.
To support the compliant use of usability and accessibility tests, appropriate standards are available that lead to success, taking the right methods into account.
After successful completion, the participants of the training can perform usability tests, reviews, communicate and are familiar with online surveys.
