Agile Test Leadership at Scale
The Agile Test Leadership at Scale certification (ATLaS) focuses on how to organize and improve quality and testing across multiple teams in an agile organization. Building on the Agile Tester certification which covers how to conduct testing on the level of a single agile team, Agile Test Leadership at Scale covers how to lead testing and improve quality in projects or organizations with multiple agile teams. It also covers how to approach quality and testing at a strategic level to achieve higher business agility in an organization.
This new ISTQB® product is currently in development. It will be released in increments for community feedback before being fully launched as an ISTQB® certification product with exam. Increment 1-3 has now been released.
The Agile Test Leadership at Scale certification (ATLaS) focuses on how to organize and improve quality and testing across multiple teams in an agile organization. Building on the Agile Tester certification, which covers how to conduct testing at the level of a single agile team, the Agile Test Leadership at Scale covers how to lead testing and improve quality in projects or organizations with multiple agile teams. The certification also covers how to approach quality and testing at a strategic level to achieve greater business agility in an organization.
With this certification, you will be able to scale testing and quality assurance efforts by fostering a quality mindset and culture throughout the organization. This includes moving from a traditional test management approach, typically used in sequential development models, to a quality support approach built on Lean and Agile principles and values. You will also learn how to adopt common Lean and Agile techniques and processes to analyze and solve problems, and how to use them to improve testing and quality in your organization.
The Advanced Level Agile Test Leadership at Scale qualification is designed for individuals who work in an organization that is pursuing agile at scale or business agility and who already understand agile testing.
