In the ISTQB\u00ae Certified Tester scheme, the elements \u201ctraining\u201d, \u201cexamination\u201d and \u201csyllabus definition\u201d are organized independently of each other. This ensures the highest possible quality and neutrality at every level of the training scheme.<\/p>\n

Exams for the different Certified Tester training levels are offered and delivered by neutral exam providers (certification bodies) that have been appointed and authorized by the GTB. Each of the approved exam providers is obliged to fulfill and implement the certification guidelines and processes specified by the GTB and ISTQB\u00ae.<\/p>\n
