You will be able to design, plan and carry out reviews and tests tailored to individual projects. You will also be better equipped to assess risks relating to business processes. You will be familiar with the key testing terms and the international norms and standards relevant to testing. You will know how to create meaningful defect reports, monitor the defect correction process, perform confirmation testing efficiently, and plan, organize and manage reviews. You will be able to select appropriate test tools and understand what to consider when introducing them. Overall, the training provides knowledge and techniques that, when applied appropriately, lead to a structured, systematic approach to reviewing and testing. This results in improved software quality and cost savings.
